Sales Price
Prices (tax included) are shown on each tour page and on the booking page. For walking tours, the price per adult depends on the number of adults in the booking. On walking tours, children aged 12 and under join free of charge (with an adult). The E-Scooter tour is for ages 16 and over, at a fixed price per person.

Other Required Fees
Transportation to and from the meeting point, food and drinks, optional purchases (for example a personal seal or a knife), and other personal expenses.

Bookings are made through our official booking website or partner booking sites (OTAs).

Payment Method and Timing
Payment is made using the methods and at the timing offered by the booking website or OTA.

Service Provision Timing
On the tour date and time confirmed at booking.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.
Tours start on time and cannot wait for late guests. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, late arrivals who miss the tour, and no-shows: 100% of the fee is charged, with no refund.
If the Company cancels a tour (for example because of severe weather or safety concerns), the full fee is refunded.

Because of the nature of the service, returns and exchanges are not possible after the service has been provided.
