Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for joining the tours offered under the name “NINJA GO TOURS” (the “Tours”) by Kiranah Resort Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By booking or joining a Tour, you agree to these Terms. Part B applies only to the E-Scooter tour (formerly “NINJA GO RIDE”).
Part A. All Tours
1. The Tours
The Tours are guided experiences in Tokyo led by a local guide (a “Ninja”). The content, route, meeting point, start times and duration of each Tour are shown on its tour page. Some guides do not wear a Ninja costume; this is stated on the tour page.
2. Booking
Bookings are made through the methods designated by the Company (the official booking website or partner booking sites, “OTAs”).
A booking is confirmed when payment has been completed.
Bookings must be made by the deadline shown on each Tour’s booking page.
Other travellers may book the same date and time, so you may share a Tour with other guests.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are shown on the official website and the booking page. For walking tours, the fee per adult (13 and older) depends on the number of adults in your booking.
On walking tours, children aged 12 and under join free of charge, regardless of how many, and must be accompanied by an adult. The E-Scooter tour is an exception: it is for ages 16 and over (see Part B).
Unless stated otherwise, fees do not include transportation to and from the meeting point, food and drinks, optional purchases (for example a personal seal or a knife), or other personal expenses.
Payment is made by the methods offered on the booking website or OTA. Fees are charged in Japanese yen; amounts shown in other currencies are approximate.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start of the Tour are free of charge.
Tours start on time and cannot wait for late guests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, late arrivals who miss the Tour, and no-shows are charged 100% of the fee, and no refund is given.
Tours run in light rain. If the Company cancels a Tour (for example because of severe weather or safety concerns), the full fee is refunded.
No refund is given if you leave the Tour partway through at your own choice.
Refunds are made using the same method as the payment. Bookings made through an OTA are refunded through that OTA.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking.
Please follow the guide’s instructions and local rules and manners at shrines, temples, shops and bars.
